Shipping policy

Our flat rate $8.99 shipping per order is added at checkout.

Our products usually ship within 3 to 10 business days. 

All orders are insured and sometimes they can be delayed. In this case, please let us know so that we can help.

Please be sure to open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives to make sure there wasn't any damage and that there are not any missing items. 

Address changes

We are always happy to assist customers in making changes to their delivery address, email and phone number, as needed. These changes can be done as long as the item(s) has not left the shipping facility. Please Note: We do require all address changes be in writing via email before we can make changes to your account, as this ensures the correct address is given when updating an order.

When completing an order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed, here your delivery address will be present, allowing you to verify the correct information before shipment. Please contact us immediately if there are any changes that need to be made to your delivery address.
